The assessment includes five different skills (throwing, catching, kicking, dribbling, and volleying), with three different criteria listed for each skill. If the student completes a certain component of the skill, the teacher checks the box under each criteria that the student successfully performs. Once completed, the teacher adds up the number of checks to gather a total score for each student. To do this you could set up stations and you could be at one station doing the assessment.

A scoring rubric is listed as well. After you get the scores adjust your teaching to meet the students needs.
